LUC came out on top in this category at an awards ceremony at WEST Brewery in Glasgow this week.

LUC has offered a wide range of flexible working options for many years and is now focusing on evolving that flexibility to cater to its diverse workforce.  Flexible hours, home working, additional leave and bespoke working arrangements are part of the employee experience throughout the organisation and from recruitment to retirement.

The award was accepted by LUC’s HR Manager, Helen Ash.
