Jon Grantham
About
Jon has over 35 years’ experience as a chartered town planner (MRTPI) and is also Managing Director of LUC, with responsibility for the overall performance of the company.
Jon has secured planning consent for many major projects. He advises leading schools on their development strategies as well as working on proposed medical facilities, sports projects and renewable energy, including solar and wind farm proposals.
Jon helps a range of planning authorities with EIA reviews and compliance. He also delivers training on town and country planning, leading courses on behalf of Natural England, the Environment Agency and various councils.
Jon is a Member of Historic England’s London Advisory Committee and is Vice Chair of the RTPI Partnership Board at the University of Westminster.
