Alex joined LUC in 2004, and works on a wide range of landscape projects from design inception through to completion on site.

He has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams as project manager and project landscape architect, gaining extensive experience and developing effective working relationships with numerous architects, specialists, engineers, ecologists and planners. That experience includes public parks, residential, education, historical restoration, rivers and recreational play.

LUC’s strong emphasis on team work and collaborative design has seen Alex play a key role in teams for a range of significant projects, including: Tumbling Bay Playground; Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (winner: Landscape Institute Award 2014, Civic Trust Award 2014) – the first post-Olympic Games legacy landscape within the Olympic Park; Enniskillen Hospital in Northern Ireland; The Level, Brighton; East Wick Primary School in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park; Priory Park, Reigate and Hertfordshire’s green infrastructure plans.
