Jennifer joined LUC in 2007 after working as a planning liaison officer for the Environment Agency. She has over 10 years’ experience in project coordination and management, focusing on environmental impact assessment for energy and mixed-use developments; coordinating the submission of planning applications for the education sector; and undertaking sustainability appraisals of local authority strategies and plans. She also manages projects, providing critical reviews of environmental statements on behalf of several London boroughs.

Jennifer spent three and a half years seconded to the Thames Tideway Tunnel, a nationally significant infrastructure project (NSIP), where she acted as an EIA coordinator, responsible for managing the noise, vibration and socioeconomic assessments, and coordinating the environmental statement for submission with the application for development consent. She has also coordinated the EIA for another NSIP scheme, Brechfa Forest West wind farm. Jennifer is experienced in stakeholder workshop facilitation and consultation, and supporting projects through examinations.
