Amulsar Gold Project ESIA published
We are pleased that the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the proposed Amulsar Gold Project in Armenia has been published.
LUC prepared the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for Lydian International. It considers the possible impacts that the proposed gold mine may have on the environment and local communities.
The ESIA will help to ensure that stakeholders are fully informed and that decision-makers consider the resulting environmental and social impacts, both negative and positive, when deciding whether to proceed with the project.
Howard Stevenson, Lydian’s President and CEO, said “the ESIA is an important element in our plans to build and operate Amulsar by applying best international practices.”
