LUC has secured a place on the newly launched Digital Planning Directory, reinforcing our commitment to innovative digital solutions in environmental consultancy and planning.
The Directory, which launches on 22 January 2025, brings together the UK's leading digital planning service providers on a single platform.
This government-backed initiative aims to make it easier for organisations to find and access digital planning expertise.
LUC will showcase five key service areas on the Directory:
- Community engagement solutions
- Advanced visualisation and 3D modelling capabilities
- GIS and mapping expertise
- Comprehensive planning and urban design services
- Specialist land search and assessment tools
“This listing reflects our ongoing dedication to combining almost 60 years of environmental consultancy experience with intelligent digital approaches," says Diana Manson, Board Director for GIS & Visualisation at LUC.
“We’ve long championed the digitalisation of the sectors within which we work and are keen to support the work of the Digital Task Force for Planning. We want to make our services more accessible to organisations tackling complex land use challenges.”
The Digital Planning Directory, funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, offers a free-to-use platform where public and private sector organisations can easily find digital planning expertise.
Users can search for specific services, view detailed case studies, and connect directly with providers.
For nearly six decades, LUC has worked to create better futures for nature, people, and places.
Our listing on the Directory will help more organisations access our expertise in addressing climate and biodiversity challenges through innovative digital solutions.
