Previously a Civil Engineer and teacher, Karen faced challenges balancing family and a career change to landscape architecture. Traditional routes to professional recognition weren't feasible, hindering her progress. The Landscape Institute’s Experienced Route has provided an accessible and direct way to chartership, breaking barriers for experienced professionals in similar situations.
Karen's success showcases LUC's commitment to supporting individual growth within our teams. We celebrate her achievement and encourage others to explore this inclusive pathway.
"A heartfelt congratulations to Karen – there was never a shadow of doubt; this recognition is truly well-deserved, and we couldn't be more delighted for her."
