LUC is set to share its expertise at the UK’s biggest employee ownership event, the eoa Annual Conference.
The conference, taking place on 26-27 November in Telford, brings together hundreds of employee owners, senior leaders, and enthusiasts to explore the latest trends and best practices in the field.
LUC, which was crowned ‘Employee Owned Business of the Year’ at the 2023 UK Employee Ownership Awards, will be discussing the governance and leadership strategies that have underpinned its success. Jon Grantham (MD) and Alison King (Trustee) will delve into the Charter, a foundational document that guides the roles and responsibilities within its three-tier leadership structure.
Attendees will learn how LUC has navigated the transition to employee ownership, the evolution of its governance model, and the ongoing challenge of deeply engaging employees in the ownership journey. The session offers valuable insights for businesses of all sizes and stages of employee ownership.
“Winning the ‘Employee Owned Business of the Year Award’ was a huge honour. It was fantastic to receive recognition for our investment in people, exemplified by the LUC Charter. This document is the cornerstone of everything we do. I look forward to sharing our experiences with participants at the eoa Annual Conference.”
