
Rebecca Knight speaking at climate and biodiversity emergencies conference
LUC’s Director of Landscape Planning, Rebecca Knight, is set to speak at the Landscape Institute Mitigating the Climate & Biodiversity Emergencies CPD conference.
Rebecca will join a debate session titled ‘Designing for alternative energy – The role of designated landscapes energy vs landscape sensitivity’ at 10am on Day 1 (22 March).
Rebecca will talk about the scale of renewable energy infrastructure likely to be required to achieve the government’s net-zero target and how to minimise impacts.
The conference will take place online between Tuesday 22 March and Thursday 24 March 2022.
