LUC's Transport & Movement Planners are at the forefront of this transformation. We're supporting the removal of 2,000 car parking spaces, promoting a shift towards public transport, cycling, and walking.

LUC's Transport specialists are meticulously assessing the impact of the development. This includes trip generation and distribution patterns, traffic flow, and parking provision.

The car-free design prioritises public realm improvements and infrastructure that fosters sustainable travel choices.

While prioritising sustainability, LUC remains committed to inclusivity.

A dedicated mobility-impaired parking strategy ensures that 16 disabled bays are incorporated throughout the project area, adhering to the Equality Act 2010.
