Andrew Joynt

Andrew has 20 years’ experience as a landscape architect and leads the landscape design team in our Bristol office.

A highly competent designer, Andrew provides site-specific and sustainable schemes that combine creativity with buildability. He works from initial concept, detailed design and technical specification through to implementation and on-site supervision. He is a skilled collaborator within multi-disciplinary teams of architects, artists, engineers and ecologists.

Andrew has considerable expertise in working with historic landscapes, creating sensitive solutions for conservation-led schemes. He particularly enjoys incorporating historical narratives into contemporary public open spaces, for example his work at Heartlands in Cornwall.
