Helen Ash

Helen is an HR generalist with more than 20 years experience in SME consultancies. She is passionate about addressing diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing through every aspect of the employee experience, policies and structures.

She is responsible for shaping and delivering our People Strategy and leading our People & Culture team. Helen’s focus has been on keeping us at the forefront of good practice in people management and development, as well as supporting colleagues in their contributions to the wider professions in which LUC works.
