Rob Booth is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives in professional services, environmental stewardship, and large-scale asset management. As Managing Director of LUC, he champions the company’s mission to create better futures for nature, people, and places through collaborative problem-solving and innovative sustainability practices. 

Rob’s career spans senior roles at The Crown Estate, where he led strategy, operations, and sustainable management of the UK seabed, as well as advisory positions at Alba Partners and Herbert Smith Freehills. His expertise in renewables, regeneration, and green infrastructure aligns seamlessly with LUC’s focus on Net Zero, nature recovery, and policy innovation. 

Rob is committed to accelerating the UK’s transition to Net Zero and enhancing ecological resilience through LUC’s work. He aims to deepen partnerships with clients, government, and communities to deliver impactful solutions across sectors.
