About
Sarah is a chartered town planner with 25 years’ experience and sits on LUC's Company Board. She has extensive expertise in strategic policy development and preparing planning applications.
Sarah is a leading authority on Green Belts, having led Green Belt studies for over 45 local authorities and commissions for private developers. She has represented numerous local authority clients at Examination as their Green Belt expert.
Sarah has led planning studies for Government, Government agencies and local authorities, covering a range of policy issues. Her specialisms include green infrastructure, strategic growth options, renewable energy and climate change.
She has also led on the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for wind and solar developments, housing, railways, forestry plans and wetland restoration schemes.
Sarah was named an RTPI Women of Influence in 2020.
