Following our recent articles on Biodiversity Net Gain and the Environment Bill, LUC teamed up with Planning Futures to deliver a breakfast seminar on the subject of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
Our Planning and Ecology experts provided an overview of the theory and practice of delivering BNG. This included a worked example of how BNG can be demonstrated within a green-field residential development. Jonathan Easton of Kings Chambers and Jim McAllister of Rutland Group also delivered presentations.
