LUC proudly sponsored the Place North West Development Series: Lancashire Update in Blackburn last week.

The conference gave an update on economic activity across Lancashire, the key developments, future sites and policies shaping the area. LUC’s associate director, Melissa Kurihara, gave a presentation on Local Plans and housing delivery across Lancashire. She also sat on a panel discussion alongside representatives from Taylor Wimpey, Etc Urban and David Cox Architects.

This White Paper follows Melissa’s presentation. It provides a brief overview of the current status of Local Plans in Lancashire, with a particular focus on residential targets and delivery performance against these targets.
