Jon Grantham

Jon has 40 years’ experience as a chartered town planner (MRTPI). He is Managing Director of LUC, with responsibility for the overall performance of the company, and a Director of the Board of Trustees.

Jon has secured planning consent for many major projects. He advises leading schools on their development strategies as well as working on proposed medical facilities, sports projects and renewable energy, including solar and wind farm proposals.

Jon helps a range of planning authorities with EIA reviews and compliance and has the coordinated the preparation of EIAs of many major projects.

Jon is a Member of Historic England’s London Advisory Committee and is Vice Chair of the RTPI Partnership Board at the University of Westminster.
