Sofie leads our Strategic Ecology service.

Sofie provides ecological advice to the public, private and tertiary sectors, leading the development and delivery of nature recovery from audit to action plans.

Her portfolio ranges from landscape-scale nature recovery and green infrastructure studies to site-specific habitat restoration and management plans. Her work promotes collaborative development of cross-discipline initiatives to deliver nature conservation alongside wider environmental objectives.

With a background in impact assessment, Sofie is well-versed in the design and implementation of ecological mitigation, enhancement and adaptation, working closely with technical stakeholders. Her strengths lie in an analytical approach to research and a drive to realise genuine environmental gains.
