LUC has recently completed an infrastructure review of Cherwell District, Oxfordshire. The work supports the Local Plan Review, helping the Council to understand its infrastructure needs.
We collaborated with key infrastructure providers, including highway authorities, water companies, electricity network operators, health boards and education authorities.
Following our baseline review, LUC Planners made recommendations for expanding/enhancing infrastructure or providing it from scratch, to support successful placemaking and sustainability.
We are also undertaking similar work for Derbyshire Dales, Uttlesford, Greater Cambridge and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
