St. Clements House affordable housing achieves planning consent
St. Clements House residential scheme in Rochester has received planning consent. LUC prepared the landscape design proposals.
Medway Council’s Planning Committee unanimously gave the plans the go-ahead this week.
The mhs homes development will deliver 44 new affordable homes. The homes will support later living, targeting residents over 60 to address the issues of loneliness and promote social interaction.
LUC’s landscape architects designed a residents’ garden and public realm works to Corporation Street. The architectural design is by BPTW.
This project continues our work in Medway with our ongoing involvement at Rochester Riverside.
