About
Melissa is a chartered town planner with almost 15 years' experience, working for both public sector and private sector organisations.
Melissa's expertise spans strategic planning, infrastructure assessment, policy development and delivery and community and stakeholder engagement.
Melissa has successfully developed green infrastructure strategies, and provided plan making support to local councils. Her involvement runs from initial options analysis, evidence gathering/production and policy drafting through to defence of policy at Examination in Public.
Melissa regularly provides planning expert witness services at planning inquiry, with a particular focus on five year land supply assessment, residential developments and strategic housing land availability assessments (SHLAAs).
